BREAKING: Illegal Alien Accused of Impersonating a CIA Agent, Attempted to Infiltrate Navy Base!

An illegal alien who previously faced criminal charges in Canada was arrested in September in connection with an alleged scheme to impersonate U.S. intelligence officials and recruit people into a fraudulent organization, according to newly unsealed federal court records.
An Oct. 7 indictment in Georgia accuses Lakotah Salvini and co-defendant Richard Myers of operating a fake intelligence organization called Castle International since at least December 2025.
ALLEGED OPERATION REACHED MILITARY INSTALLATION
Prosecutors allege the pair promoted their purported intelligence services to a sheriff’s deputy and pursued activities involving Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay in Georgia.
According to the indictment, Myers approached a security guard at the submarine base in December 2025 using false government credentials. He allegedly claimed he was responding to a security compromise involving a “stingray” device and identified Salvini, using an alias, as his superior.
In March, Myers allegedly sought a recruit’s personal information, including the individual’s name and Department of Defense identification number. The reporting raises the possibility that a Pentagon employee was recruited, although that person’s identity and role remain unclear.

JUDGE ORDERS SALVINI HELD WITHOUT BOND
A federal judge in Texas ordered Salvini detained without bond in September, citing his criminal history, overseas ties, use of aliases or false documents, and lack of legal immigration status.
The detention order states that Salvini came from Canada after facing charges there and is subject to a U.S. immigration court deportation order. His federal criminal case was subsequently transferred to Georgia.
The Department of Homeland Security did not respond to the Washington Examiner’s inquiries about his immigration history.
ONLINE ALIAS LINKED TO PURPORTED CIA CLAIMS
Journalist Ford Fischer said an X account using one of Salvini’s alleged aliases, “IA Nomad,” contacted him in 2024 about purported CIA connections.
Screenshots Fischer published show the account offering access to a supposed Justice Department liaison through Telegram.

An account bearing that name also linked to a Castle International Telegram channel and a now-inactive website for “Special Projects Devgroup,” which advertised paramilitary operations and other services on archived webpages.
FEDERAL CHARGES AND PRETRIAL RELEASE
Salvini and Myers face charges of impersonating a U.S. government employee and conspiring to commit that offense. The impersonation charge carries a potential maximum sentence of three years in prison.
A Georgia federal judge granted Myers supervised pretrial release with a requirement that he undergo mental health treatment.
Attorneys for both defendants did not respond to the Washington Examiner’s requests for comment. The charges are allegations, and both defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
