FBI Raids Mansion in Los Angeles Connected to Eric Swalwell Probe!

FBI SEARCH HITS DONOR’S BEVERLY HILLS HOME
Former Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell faces renewed scrutiny after the FBI reportedly searched a Beverly Hills mansion belonging to one of his donors as part of its investigation into the former California congressman.
CNN reported the search, citing two people familiar with the investigation. The FBI confirmed an operation in the Los Angeles region Tuesday morning related to an ongoing criminal investigation but provided no further details.
POLITICAL CAREER COLLAPSES AMID ALLEGATIONS

Swalwell resigned from Congress and abandoned his California gubernatorial campaign following allegations of sexual assault and misconduct—a stunning collapse for a politician whose campaign lost support from prominent members of his own party.
The San Francisco Chronicle published a former aide’s allegations that Swalwell sexually assaulted her twice. CNN separately reported sexual misconduct allegations from three other women. Swalwell has denied the allegations.
SEARCHES AND MULTIPLE INVESTIGATIONS
The latest reported search follows earlier federal investigative actions. Agents seized electronics from Swalwell at San Francisco International Airport in August and searched his Washington, D.C., home the following day, according to the supplied reporting.
The Justice Department and prosecutors in Los Angeles and Manhattan launched separate investigations following his resignation. Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman previously said his Sex Crimes Division was coordinating with law enforcement partners.

CAMPAIGN MONEY ALSO UNDER SCRUTINY
Swalwell faces another line of scrutiny from California officials over allegations that he improperly used campaign funds to pay legal expenses to Los Angeles attorney Sara Azari.
Together, the investigations leave the former congressman confronting serious questions about his alleged conduct and campaign spending. The reported mansion search does not establish wrongdoing by the donor, and the allegations against Swalwell remain unproven.
